  1. Why would they pay people better? Any idiot under 35 that they'll listen to screams we don't want money we want experiences. They actually demand less money. The recent train union thing, they rejected money, wanted unpaid time off.

  2. If you're trying to limp along after a major injury, YOU need to bow out and hand it off to a replacement. I've always felt my work has zero bearing on my personal life, so I don't want my work knowing anything about it, what I do, where I live, who I'm with or not, I don't even know if my employer knows or cares I'm married or not. I'm there to work, I leave there to personal, the two are not related
