  2.  @blueberrymcphuckerson9821  what about Carbamazepine? My father has been prescribed that for his TN for years and it has basically cured his nerve pain.

  3. Carbamazepine. My father was diagnosed with TN and his doctor prescribed Carbamazepine, as it's basically a form of seizure disorder. Since he's been on it, virtually zero nerve pain anymore. Very rarely he will have a episode lasting a few minutes. Worth a look.
