  3. Lol, yes, just like EVERY BATHROOM, unless you have carpet. You have carpet in your bathroom, don't you. You're THAT person. Wood, marble, tile, linoleum, all notoriously hard and slippery when wet. It's why tens of thousands of Americans die every year of falls on floors.

  4. To be fair, the marble makes up about $2 million of the value, the other $37 million or so goes to 'Manhattan Penthouse' expense. It's kind of like I know people who live in NYC, and for what they pay in rent for a ROOM, a single ROOM, they could come to the midwest and buy a new 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom brick house with acreage in a gated community AND a new car and still have utility money left over after paying all bills each month.

  5. Plot twist, the furniture in this place cost millions and is so good regular people can't even legally buy it because they can't survive such luxury. Kind of like David Dobrik's couch.

  7. Because every edge you bevel you're literally grinding cash off your margins and/or driving up the price. I recently bought a headstone, and going from one single polished side to 2 more than tripled the cost.
