He wasn't even healed and ready to attempt to walk at the 3 month mark. He was in the hospital 13 MONTHS before he was fit for discharge and self reliance.

  3. As the son of a bilatteral leg amputee, and a carrier of PTSD from 9/11, I think her story is exactly that, a complete bullshit story. At 3 months she should barely be out of a hospital bed, MAYBE thinking about starting the PT to get her ready to start the months of training she'd need to walk unassisted, yet this shows her walking perfectly in public unassisted in 3 months? My father was in the hospital 13 MONTHS before he was considered ready to release and self reliant. He was a 101st Airborne paratrooper before his accident, so it's not like this chick had some physical health/strength advantage.
