  2.  @martinjacket2637  LEGALLY the three people he shot are now at this point only able to be described as his attackers or aggressors. Were that not the case, they would not have found for self-defense. KR is officially now the VICTIM in all this. Perhaps his attackers should have considered their families and what they put them through before perpetrating their acts.

  15. It's why I chuckle when they say "I didn't do anything!", yes, that's the problem, you didn't do any of the things you need to like have a license, registration, insurance, and such. You didn't do anything, and because of those failures to act, you are getting arrested.

  17. I had a prison inmate on work release at my workplace, and I did not believe him he was in prison for NINE YEARS for DWI. So I looked up his case, which is public record, and for real, he got a decade in prison for DWI, didn't hit anyone, didn't crash, didn't kill anyone...but he got like 4 DWIs back to back over and over and over and the state basically said F it. Persistent offender, his sentence said. Really nice guy really, great worker, he just CANNOT ever under any circumstance or for any reason ever have alcohol. He just can't and he knows and admits that. Did his 9 years and got out, I was one of the letters of recommendation he had for the parole board.

  22. The correct response is to be EVEN MORE disappointed at the person putting you in the position to be seen as someone who would grant preferential treatment because of your position. The fact your whatever relation is in some sort of power works against you in my mind, BECAUSE THAT MEANS YOU KNOW BETTER, YOU'RE AWARE you did wrong because you thought about how to get out of it...Just like how when police commit a crime I feel there needs to be an enhanced sentence, because you can't plead ignorance, you knew better and you did it anyway.

  24. The funny thing is the "I didn't do anything!" exclamations, yes, that's the problem! You didn't do anything to have valid ID, you didn't register your vehicle, you didn't have title/plates/insurance/licensing, you refusing to do anything is the issue.

Funny story, in my locale we don't have a county sheriff, they have a county police department , and the reason that was formed was in the distant past, mid 1800s, they had multiple COMPETING police departments, and they'd actually get in little wars and skirmishes, such as ambushing another department transporting a suspect and taking that arrestee away for their own department, filing competing charges, all sorts of craziness and the state put an end to it. Imagine getting arrested for a crime, and then the OTHER police fight off the cops that grabbed you and take you instead and charge you under their laws lol. Such a system can't work.

That's actually an interesting possible legal question, some places have completely unmanned self-driving taxis, but most states also require a driver in cars on the roadway, so if you are the sole passenger in a driverless car and you're unlicensed for whatever reason, and that car breaks a law or hits someone, I'd be worried about criminal/civil liability. What if I'm alone in the back of a driving driverless car blitzed drunk?

  35. Trespassing is not a crime? OK, but, in many states using lethal force against you for trespassing is also not a crime, so keep that in mind, I guess. You could end up traveling to be an afterlife national under global natural law.

Go checkout some other videos, some of the sovereign citizens carry a fee schedule where they try to charge the police for 'illegally' pulling them over, costs per question answered, cash cost for a search, cash cost of an arrest, and they'll send an invoice to the police department and try to sue for it.

  50. Not trying to be funny but, this proves it's actually pretty damn safe, at least for the driver. Not for whoever they hit, but 150mph crash and basically no injuries to the BMW occupant(s), rather impressive engineering.
