It blows my mind that nobody perfected a toaster for a reasonable price. They all could adjust the heating wires to evenly toast bread. The best toast I ever had was toast made on a grill at a restaurant.

Your durability tests match my experiences with Levi, Wrangler and Lee jeans over years.

If no cutting fluid around, I use 1 part liquid soap to 3 parts water.

Please run compressors for a long time to see how they handle different temperatures. Mine just burnt out when I was running it too hot.

Is there anyway to test shock in handles when using a hammer? My favorite low blow hammer is a cheap harbor freight plastic handle hammer, almost no shock. It’s durability is?

My experience is that only a proper plastic weld will last the lifetime of a part. It would be helpful for people if welds and chemical products were run through multiple freeze and hot cycles, then tested. One successful weld I made was dripping melting solder on a fiberglass reinforced plastic automotive part because the part would burn instead of melting. The plastic bubbled up, but the solder and plastic made a permanent and extremely strong bond.

You needed to add the cost of Stihl bar and blade to Farmmac.

I bought Ryobi stapler and tried it out. It’s obvious from the thick steel around where staple ejects from why it works so well. Steel is twice as thick as my Stanley.

As soon my 30 year old Mr. Coffee brewer stops working…

I’d like to see a comparison of all the heat guns with temperature control to see how accurate they are, Wagner and other brands. This is important in removing old paint and varnish.

FBI needs to go after Amazon for fronting counterfeit goods. Congress is bought off not passing laws to stop fraud.

I always tug the glue out of the gun after gluing to avoid drip.

Bungee cords can be extremely dangerous when they slip after being pulled tight. I’ve gone back to ropes and non-stretch straps, much safer.

I’ll stick to my old Black and Decker trimmer ($49 five years ago) with an adapter to use DeWalt Batteries, new trimmers are too expensive… and mine has a stop button to advance the trimmer line.

I suspect that companies figured out that Chinese will copy any manufacturing process so companies will not have their best manufactured products made in China.

I’ll be keeping my old USA made Craftsman wrenches like they can never be replace because they can’t be replaced.

It would be helpful if you could do a long term corrosion test for deck screws, maybe run water on them everyday with a sprinkler. I switched to stainless steel because all the ‘modern’ coatings don’t seem to last and many rust within a year, especially when fastening treated lumber outside.

Klein and Harbor Freight have pass through socket sets. It would be great to see how well these sockets hold up.

I noticed the paint in 5 gallon cans was much better than what was in 1gallon cans.

I always grind down the pointy center on all Phillips bits. The bits grab better and don't easily pop out. Can someone tell me why almost all these Phillips bits have a pointy center?

I use a watery mix of water, flour and rapid rise yeast, after it starts bubbling, poured in all drains every six months to keep drains clean.

Great testing, sad about how the most well known brands fell short, especially with starting a car with a dead battery.

I don't understand why these expensive bottles can't be made in the U.S.A. for less.

Always liked Diablo products, but couldn't find a test video comparing different brands of circular saw blades.

Does any manufacturer or label test the equipment they sell, anymore?
