  1. There is no disinvestment, more government money is spent in poor Chicago neighborhoods than middle class and wealthy neighborhoods. Businesses leave because of theft and violence, businesses do not want lose their investment. There hasn’t been redlining for 50 years.

  3. Rent control is not the solution. The solution is getting unemployed Blacks skills to build and restore homes, earning good incomes while doing it. I feel better about Chicago, I’ll probably stay as an old White north sider. Yes, I’m envious of the nice old homes on south side and how less expensive it is.

  7. It’s not capitalist that’s messing up black people, it’s the plantation politics of the Democratic Party. For example, black people are doing better, do what do Democrats do? They bring in migrants to lower wages and take away successful programs and resources from blacks. They don’t keep criminals aren’t prosecuted or let out early. It’s all done on purpose.
