  1. U.S. has been on losing side of trade wars for 40 years. The middle class that worked in factories and farms paid. Trump is generally imposing tariffs in response to trade restrictions and tariffs against U.S. goods. He did say he’d drop all tariffs if other countries dropped theirs, but other countries won’t.

There is no free trade, all countries impose restrictions and tariffs. Canada and Mexico were threatened because of border security and drugs. Europe and Asia outside China both have larger economies than U.S. so need to pay for their own security.

Biden forced DEI illegal discrimination on government and businesses, tried to normalized mentally ill people and opened the border.
