  4. Most of Chicago is normal. There are a few extremely bad areas and an idiot mayor that refused to allow police to do their work.

  5. I'm not surprised at all that bored teenagers come into Seattle for criminal excitement because it happens in every city. Seattle happens to have a bigger percent of outsiders coming in to cause trouble.

  7. Real estate prices are based on jobs. Tech companies are the best paying big employers and they like Washington and California.

  8. Chicago and Minneapolis are different. Both cities are half the price of San Francisco or New York, not super liberal like Seattle and don't have the homeless problems of West coast cities.

  11. Police in Chicago hold back in bad neighborhoods so they get there after things settle down. Can't blame the police. They don't want to get shot.
