  3.  Chip Thomas  Gasoline prices are up 50% from a year ago. Lumber prices deflated so they’re only 75% higher than two years ago, great deflation. Everything everywhere is going up in price. Inflation in one sector is causing inflation in another sector. We are caught in an inflationary spiral that can only be cured with interest rates higher than inflation.
