  1. It's not Saudi Arabia. The U.S. is the one with the lowest crude oil prices because of excess production versus demand. This is a totally internal problem for the U.S.

  2. right? - The U.S. produced more oil than it consumed before the crash. Now it can't export because of excess in the world and can't sell enough oil domestically.
