  1. It needs to be illegal for the Federal Reserve to loan money to or recapitalize hedge funds. The Federal Reserve needs to be an organization that deals with American banks only. Remove all the legal financial advantages hedge funds have and they won't do so well. It needs to be illegal for more than one option to be sold per stock.
