  10. In general, DEI is communism/fascism with government/institution/business determining what category of person people are and what privileges are given to people in that category. Diversity, equity and inclusion has come to mean non-whites getting preferential treatment and rewriting history to include non-whites or colorize history to make white historical figures non-white. DEI is a complete perversion of history and culture. Diversity means the best are marginalized if they are in the wrong person category. Equity is not equality. Inclusion means excluding certain people.
