@americafirst9144 Conformity, fitting in, making your bosses feel both comfortable with you and not threatened because you show exceptional intelligence or skills, then comes doing enough work.

The first level is to make your boss feel good and stroke his or her ego. The second level is to not appear better than your boss by gaslighting your boss into believing all good ideas was theirs and you were helped so much by ideas (which they never had). The third level is to blow up any work accomplished into appearing to be more than it was even if it means sabotaging work that was done previously by someone else. The forth level is to subtly point fingers at someone else for any delays or mistakes especially if they are your own. The fifth level is to support your boss in punishing the innocent or most talented and productive employees because they are a threat to your boss’s job.
