  4. Transfer taxes will hit all 3 flat owners within 5 years, all 2 flat owners in 10 years which will cause rent increases. It will increase home costs and drive prices higher. Property taxes are too high so how can there be affordable housing? Adults need to work, most adults not working in Chicago refuse to work.

  5. Don’t buy the industrial food-like products to eat. Buy organic fresh vegetables, fruits, etc. and learn to cook. Everyone could spend an extra hour a day cooking. They could even play YouTube in the background.

  13. It’s not a solution. Adults need to work and stop partying all night. There a toxic ghetto culture in certain neighborhoods in Chicago that thinks they’re owed a living. Poor neighborhoods are heavily subsidized in the wrong ways.
