  4.  @romanstingler435  Blame is easy to pass around. The West needed for Ukraine to eliminate most of its corruption and prove its willingness to fight. Once Ukraine proved itself, the West went all into backing Ukraine. U.S. also did this with Britain in WWII and waiting for proof from Britain before it was fully backed.
