  1. I’ve been taking a couple of tablets Glucosamine, Chondroitine and MSM a day for about 30 years (and many other supplements), now 66. I was over 300 pounds for several years and never had joint pain. Brian isn’t the first person to try to live as long as possible.

  4. We can buy and use good olive oil, eat blueberries, don’t over eat, exercise better, avoid alcohol, don’t do illegal drugs and eat chocolate. It’s not very expensive so everyone can do most of these things.

  5. I just bought his olive oil and hope it’s like he says. I live in the Midwest and all olive oil is questionable, can’t find any high quality olive oil anymore. Any olive oil I ordered on line is old stock harvested in 2022, that’s no good.

  11. My walls have simple signs in big letters reminding me what to do and not do, constantly seeing these reminders helped. “Choose NOT to eat” “Eat Veggies” “Stay out of bed” etc. Whatever my vice is.

  15. He seems legit based on my own research on longevity, nutrition, metabolism and what supplements do to the body. I think he’s missing micronutrients from seafoods.

  18. Remember the consequences of steroids. Arnold had two or three heart surgeries. My friend had a heart valve fail. Walter Payton had bile duct cancer. Many big body builders died of heart attacks before 50.

  20. I’m 66 years old, actually having a bit of light food late, helps me sleep. Finishing a mile walk about an hour before sleep makes me tired to sleep well. Caffeine in the morning gets me going, but no caffeine late. Things change as we age.

  26. I was extremely sick years ago, did a lot of research and experimentation on myself to come up with very similar supplements and diet. My doctors tests were extensive at one point because of my kidney failure, which I recovered from. Eating seafoods is probably essential for people to age better. There’s something about beef which my body needs.

  31. I’ve been doing a similar version of what Brian’s been doing starting 30 years ago (refined over time), I’m 66 and made remarkable recoveries from various illnesses. Except I have no joint problems.

  35. Pain and exhaustion means you’ve gone too far, recover and restart with a bit less until you can do regular exercise plan again. I’m old and retired, takes me 6 weeks to get used to whatever exercise then do more. Work and illness sets us back.

  38. My routine is opposite. I eat, ride my exercise bike and and sleep real well after passing out from exhaustion.
