  12. Me too, but I’m 66. I have signs all over reminding me to get back to my task especially my AM routine that includes writing today’s TO DO list. Also set a timer at 10AM and 2PM to remind be to get back on task.

  21. You are overlooking the difference between the structure of the world and U.S. economy today compared to the 1970’s. We were the biggest creditor nation in the 1970’s with the largest manufacturing base in the world. Today the U.S. is the largest debtor nation in the world, highly dependent on foreign manufacturing. The U.S. will continue to export lumber, oil and food to China and other countries for the dollars they own. We could have a recession, but it won’t lower those prices, nor manufactured goods that are imported. There’s a limit to how low home prices will go. It would be helpful if you used inflation figures as calculated by the 1970’s to get a more realistic view on whether home prices are really that overvalued.
