  2.  @davilakarlos  You're probably right. This action fits right in with his policies of 'commuting sentences' and 'catch-and-release'. I'm sure the gangsters will seek counseling before they commit any crimes from now on, especially with all the good job opportunities DeBlasio has created with his lack of restrictions and low tax incentives.
