  8. Bulgarians, Romanians and Dutch can coexistin in European Union. It's because they have common values. And Turks, Turkmens, etc can coexist in Turkic council because they have common values. There is a spectrum, but in the end, when sheet hits the fan, we can see who is more aligned to who.
