  1. Turks terminated the Arab Golden Age of arts and sciences. Before that, Arabs were excelling in math, astronomy, chemistry, medicine. After that , nothing. Turks don't have much to show in sciences either. For a whole 1000 years!!! NOTHING!

  10. Turkey has imprisoned hundreds of journalists, Erdogan totally controls the justice system and the media. Even if you become as rich as Saudi Arabia, you still DON'T BELONG to Europe. You have the same mentality and same state controlling policies which are most similar to China, Russia and Iran. So joining BRICS actually makes sense for Turkey
