Look at the minimum wage in Turkey (in dollars) and the minimum wage in Albania and China. Forget about Greece, it's more than double. If you talk about facts, maybe try to use some numbers first.

@yusufziya7198 I agree that the size isn't a criterion, but especially the population exchange made Greece much richer. The Greeks who came from Asia minor were much more educated, tradespeople, cosmopolitans. In the long run, having these great people in gr is what made GR so much better than other Balkan nations.

@yusufziya7198 Have you noticed that even after the Asia Minor fail, Greece didn't become smaller in size? Did you notice that some years after the asia minor fail, Greece became even bigger obtaining the Dodecanese? So next time you think of Asia minor fail, think again. How big a fail was it?

That's true. When people don't have important issues they tend to focus on details and minor issues. While Turks have real problems such as "how do I survive on a 300 euro salary for working 50 hours per week". and "how do I get visa to USA" But that's hardly an argument in favor of TR.
