  3. you are clueless, only 3% of the civilian owned firearms are automatic military firearms. at minimum a fully automatic firearm costs$5000 and then on top of that there is a mountain of paper that has to be done before the firearm is purchased. get a clue, if you can tell me the difference between an AR-15 223/5.56 and a ruger mini 14 ill sell my guns and join the fight to ban them.

  45. in our current situation i would say who ever the current milita leader is. most milita groups are small (less than 100) but with better organizing i would say who ever was incharge of a given area/nationally. Militas sound not be ran by the standing army (my oppinion) they can have members of the standing army in them, but to avoid corruption i would stick to a civilian running the whole operation with military trained personel as advisors.

AR-15, AK-47, ect they are a style of gun. There are multiple firearms out there that shoot the same bullets as the AR/AK. No real reason to ban them.
