Chasing someone with guns is not the way a republic behaves. They trapped him and removed him from his autonomy which they had no jurisdiction to do.

Its tacky but ive seen it. And just because you seen someone do something once or even a hundred times doesnt give someone the right to assume that this instance is the same as others. It takes a level of arrogance to assume that and even a higher level to act upon it. These men are wrong because they denied this man of his rights without due process.
