  5. yep totally. it's all the usual excuses. it should not be our problem. the Internet is made by adults, for adults. just like oil-rigs or freight trains or dock yards or space stations. they should just keep children off the internet completely. like they do with Highways/Motorways/Train Tracks, Missile Launch Pads, etc. make it illegal. fine the parents, schools, etc. whatever. it's not our responsibility, so make it theirs.
