  3. lol. it's not incompetence. it's CORRUPTION. in Pakistan, the use of fake credentials is endemic. many nurses, doctors, mechanics, architects, Government officials, and even international airline pilots, have been found to have fake certificates and licences. it's considered completely normal to buy a fake university diploma and then start working in that field 😂
