  1. Perhaps the next time the United States seeks to drag their staunchest ally/lackey into a half-baked war they should be told to invite the Republic of Ireland instead? I wonder what the response would be? Sadly, I doubt any current or future Prime Minister would have the integrity to do this however.

'Con the limeys into a war in Iraq, Tony, and you can make a whole shedful of money out of it for yourself.' A similar approach also worked with David Camoron. The opinions of the British people never came into the matter.
