I believe that a UN Judge Patrick Robinson, stated that Britain owes £18.8 trillion in reparations for slavery as an initial payment, although the full debt is much higher. It was on the BBC & in the Guardian, so it must be true. Mustn't it?

@homie3461 The American civil war was fought primarily over the rights of individual states to secede from the Union. The reason some states sought to secede from the Union in the first place was because of their wish to retain slavery. Whoever said that WW2 was fought over the 'Jewish Question' alone? No-one of my acquaintance.

@mtlicq 'WC severely restricted their emigration to the Holy Land.' Really? When did he do that? He was Prime Minister between September 1939 & July, 1945. during WW2. He was then out of office until 1951, by which time Israel had been independent for around three years. Britain received around 80,000 Jewish refugees by 1940, although some left for other countries. Only the much larger USA, with 102,000 received more.
