A levy is to be charged on every person lacking African or Asian heritage in the U. K. She has worked out the amount of this levy, and calculates it to be somewhere between £23.76 and £3.9 million each.

  5. They also seem to think that every other country was entirely innocent. Portugal actually shipped far more Africans to the New World than England/Britain did. I wonder if this 'judge' actually knew that?

  7. No. He carefully pointed out that, as he is of Nigerian origin, he would not be expected to pay anything. This would be a 'White Folk Only' tax, and thus clearly not RAYCIST!!!!
