  1.  @khoyrulislam  With respect, 'British people' in general do care about the homeless, those on benefits, and the vulnerable. They pay high levels of tax supposedly to provide for these unfortunates. The fact that the government to whom this finance is paid chooses to scatter it around like confetti instead cannot be laid at the door of the people who provide it.
