  1. The BBC has a requirement to at least pretend to be impartial. If Mr. Lineker wishes to express these views, he should do so as a private individual, and offer to participate in a public debate. He should not behave in this manner when he is acting as an agent of the BBC, and his opinions may not be questioned, debated, or challenged.

  3.  @joshuaparrott2458  I don't recall saying that he said it 'on the BBC.' I said that he was acting as an agent of the BBC. I believe that Mr. Script has explained the Guidance involved. Please read his comment.
