The health service is collapsing under the strain, as is almost every institution you care to name. There is nowhere near enough housing stock to cope, and Rayner's building plans are mere fantasy. The Dear Leader's plan to 'Smash The Gangs' seems in reality to be nothing more than to have a chat with the Italian Premier about policing. Either you are determinedly oblivious, or your indoctrinators have done a wonderful job of work upon you.
