The Dear Leader will simply say '22 billion black hole, fixing the foundations, 14 years of failure' then sit down and the lackeys behind him will mutter 'hear hear' as they think happy thoughts about their salaries, expenses, and access to lucrative 'contacts.' Isn't that what Parliamentary 'democracy' is all about?
