A public 'yes you did no we didn't' squabble is what the Markles have, consistently, sought, and the continued silence of the Royal Family is causing Harry to become increasingly extreme in his comments as he seeks to goad them into replying. The apparent indifference of silence is far more effective than a public row would ever be.
