You deliberately simplify a complex issue, in that a large percentage of the inhabitants of the North feel themselves different from those from the south, as a result of events several generations earlier. Why do you think that Cyprus, which has a similar population split, is also a divided island? What exact association has Argentina with the occupants of the Falklands, by the way?
