  2. Everything the British MoD touches turns to rubbish. Had it not been for the British HMRC, the MoD would be a class apart in terms of uselessness.

  3. Well. Their few ships were built with outdated and downright obsolete features. Their U-Boats (until the Type XXIs and Type XXIIIs, which arrived far too late anyway) were essentially upgraded WW1 designs, inferior to British & US boats, their air force was an irrelevance after 1942, their pretty uniforms were irrelevant, and their tanks, after the Panzer IV, were too complex and elaborate, too prone to mechanical failure, and too over engineered to mass produce.
