  2. Sadly, most people don't know who David Starkey even is. After all, he has never appeared in 'I'm a Celebridee..' or 'Strictly' and most people's knowledge of the world doesn't stretch much beyond that.

  3. 'Lawyers are liable to forget that legal justice or legal fairness are not the same things as common sense justice or common sense fairness.' A friend of mine once remarked to me that people often assume that Justice and the Law are the same thing, when they most definitely are not. Worrying thing is that he was, and still is, a Barrister.
