Isn't the most concerning thing of all that, for still more than two months, that sad demented old man is the leader of the Free World? Or, at least, we are expected to believe that he is.

I think that Harris was a wonderful actor, who died far too soon. You do mean Richard Harris, don't you?
2
As Harry Markle regularly says, 'It doesn't matter how often, how crudely, and how falsely, I insult my father, he still refuses to apologise.'
2
I suspect that a 6' 4" white man who chewed tobacco, carried a shotgun, and talked about football would still have lost had he shown himself to be clueless when asked about political matters.
2
If he is re-elected for a second term, will he actually know that he has been re-elected?

Islands are not safe either. I live on Britanistan.

@tkAusfrom4492 Supporters of my club team used to tell me that my batting style (leave as much as possible and block everything else) was responsible for the serious reduction in attendance at our matches during my time there. I think (hope) they were being complimentary about my sound defensive technique, but I agree that I would not have excelled at 20/20.

Hardly surprising. The left have been systematically infiltrating the education system since they realised that they could never win power through the ballot box. From the 1980s, if not earlier. Children coming through the system now are only presented with one view. Conflicting ones are systematically cancelled. If those who are, supposedly, educators, are allowed to continue in this manner then the end result is a thoroughly indoctrinated population. Or, as Aristotle said “Give me a child until he is 7 and I will show you the man.”
2
Boris Johnson is a politician. Like every other politician on the planet, he is not 'good.'
2
He has been doing an excellent impression of the late Stanley Unwin for some time. I suspect only older British readers will understand the reference.
2
Every time the sad old chap emerges, the horror in the Harris camp must be tangible.
2
Poor Greta. It seems to be becoming increasingly hard to look relevant.

@DennisMcCoy-b2r Oh dear. It seems that you are totally unaware that Kaur is one of Markle's team?
2
@petrciperny Well, for a start, it is never a good idea to try to discuss complex matters of diplomacy on the hoof in front of an audience. Churchill and FDR are known to have disagreed on several matters, but were wise enough to keep, and resolve, such differences behind closed doors.
2
@turnerfamilyinozi I have nothing to lose, as I checked the item on other channels. Your attempt to patronise me has failed, little chap.
2
@turnerfamilyinozi 'Jan 26 is the day that UK colonisation of Australia began.' Presumably, you believe Australia would have been far better remaining at a Mesolithlic level of culture, with the average life expectancy at 30 for the most fortunate?
2
It was once, indeed, integral to the Parthenon, but the remaining Frieze is no longer in situ, but was removed some time ago because of pollution damage.
2
'Intends?' Does Fred think there is someone on the bridge, steering it?!
2
The reality is that these leftists have become aware of how much of a tiny (if inordinately influential) minority they are, and are becoming increasing hysterical and irrational as a result.
2
Only this morning, Sunak has been advised by a special Committee that he must take action against the increasing Islamophobia in Britain.
2
@davidsawyer6003 Well, I identify as the greatest second row forward ever to play the game of Rugby Union. No one believes me either, dammit!
2
Kiddie Hawk is a small charity whose mission statement claims that it seeks to introduce 6 - 9 years old children to the joys of aviation. Doubtless worthy enough, but hardly worth all the fuss being made, surely? Simply look them up on line for confirmation.
2
Nor did my British ones.
2
Perhaps you are unaware of events later in the day? I wouldn't be surprised, as the BBC carefully avoided mentioning them.

Perhaps because they showed bits of the interview which the media didn't want people to see?
2
@ilmaio I am not American, but I wonder if you have seen the estimated casualty figures for Operation Olympic, the intended assault landing? Isn't it easy to pontificate piously from a comfy chair, 80 years after the event?

2
Perhaps. But he also lacks a spine, as his surrender over the uniform issue has demonstrated. What Harry wants, Harry gets, apparently. Even if this means insulting every ex serviceman and woman in the UK.
2
We have come to expect this sort of thing in the UK. You have my sympathies.
2
@keithhoss4990 'He was an Apache gunner in Afghanistan.' So were many others, who have not received any awards.
2
Originally a Hindi word, meaning 'zany, dunce, dodo, duffer, nut, dunderhead.' It means much the same in English.
2
@marksimmonds2353 Well, bully for you. Perhaps you are the exception which proves the rule?
2
I told my cricket club that, for the impending 2025 season, I wished to open the batting for our under 15 Girl's Team, and intended to self identify accordingly. The swine say they still won't pick me for it!!
2
At least she didn't seem to be drunk this time. However, that gives her even less excuse for this nonsense.
2
@pindapoy214 Some would say that France was in breach of contract, by steadily pushing back to completion dates for the boats, and at the same time increasing the cost of the contract itself.
2
@SocialistParadise He would be brilliant in a remake of 'Plan 9 from Outer Space.'
2
Wasn't Biden's greatest moment commanding the US fleet at the Battle of Midway? Or the US army during the Argonne offensive in 1918? Just like him, I get confused rather easily these days.
2
@klaasdykstra8127 You want a truly professional left wing propaganda machine, just tune in to the British Broadcasting Corporation.

“Whom the gods wish to destroy….. they first make mad.” A 17th century version, by Jacques Duport. of a comment first attributed to Euripides. You think you have concerns? Look at Britain, and Sir Keir Starmer, the Dear Leader.
2
Perhaps that will be the one he turns up in.
2
Even when Mr. Biden's mind still worked, he was a career politician. Isn't 'lying' what these people do?
2
Aren't these English Language experts such a treat when they post on here?
2
They probably did, and concluded that, whilst the planet was capable of sustaining intelligent life, there appeared to be none actually there.
2
Please, please, will someone tell that posturing swine to stop posing in front of the flags of a nation he openly detests.
2
Small grumble from a foreigner. A 'Radicle' is part of a plant embryo. I will go away now.
2
@tonybennett638 Definitely no, as I don't live in Australia.
