  1. The conclusion must be that someone in 'authority' has concluded that Rowling is rather to high profile, and too wealthy, to take the risk. Instead, the boys, girls, & others, in blue will simply set their sights on the little people, who are both much easier targets and not as well resourced to defend themselves.
