  3.  @nicholasadams3894  Johnson is seeking to protect the interests of the United Kingdom (whether some people agree with his policies or not is not the issue) and clearly understands that saying what he probably has long realised about President Biden is not the way to achieve do this. Quite probably, Scott Morrison ( 'that guy from Down Under') and other leaders are fully aware of the reality as well, but as long as Biden is, at least nominally, the man in charge, nothing would be gained by annoying those behind him who are pulling the strings by rocking the boat.
