@NapoleonGelignite You mean that they travelled to what became England in advanced dirigibles or aircraft, built Stonehenge, and then returned home? Perhaps it has excaped your notice, but Stonehenge was built in numerous phases, over a very long time period.

@NapoleonGelignite There is concensus that Stonehenge was built by a variety of different pre-historic societies, over a long period. DNA analysis of bodies buried near Stonehenge suggests that some of its builders may have come from places outside of England, such as Wales or the Mediterranean. There has never been the slightest suggestion that builders came from any further afield. Still, feel free to indulge your amusing fantasy.
