  1.  @illegalsmirf  Yes it is, but as I wrote, it takes no account of those struggling but just over the limit. Still, as Rachel from accounts probably told Starmer, 'most of them probably didn't vote for us, so why should we trouble ourselves about their welfare?'

  2. Has he ever suggested that the taxpayer should? Do you regard the much larger number of pensioners who are struggling at the moment, whilst being just over the benefits limit, as mere collateral damage?
