  2. I assume that those lying on benches hoping for urgent treatment for heart attacks or strokes were delighted that someone of such importance received preferential treatment? Next of Kin would have been proud to know that their loved one was allowed to expire in order to give priority to Jess Phillips, I expect. The fact that a government minister can openly say these things, and see nothing wrong in them, makes one question the intellectual capacity of some of them at least.
