Coincidentally, Nihal Arthanayake was on an episode of Winter Walks on Wednesday evening. He actually treated the few other (white) people he encountered with great kindness. His evident contempt for them did not show through at all. I didn't realise that the BBC still employed many white folk. How intensely galling that must be for their betters.
