  1. Not to worry, Admiral of the Fleet the Viscount Shapps (as he seems to regard himself) has just announced his latest plan to strengthen the Royal Navy. It apparently involves decommissioning two more frigates. I believe that the intention is that, by the mid 2030s, the Royal Navy will be equipped 'for, but not with' ships.
