According to her biography, at the age of two years, she was appointed to be one of Franklin Roosevelt's advisors as the United States responded to Pearl Harbor and the German Declaration of War. At the age of five, she travelled to Britain to supervise the planning of Operation Overlord. I hope you appreciate sarcasm.
