  1. His testimony set a new low. I thought the Inquiry had plumbed the depths with Bogerd, but this person was on a different level. I didn't know how to save or print a document. I never saw the e-mail. I never made any decisions. I was not qualified. What I wrote was not what I meant. Etc., etc.

  3.  @alanmexico01  As it is an Inquiry rather than a trial, it seems that there are fairly tight time constraints. Given the quality (or lack thereof) of many witnesses, allowing them to dig deep holes for themselves without much aid seems to be working quite effectively.
