  3. Fix the NHS? Good luck with that. There is a desperate and long overdue need for a wholesale re-organisation, but as the NHS is regarded almost as a religion in some quarters, that will never be politically acceptable, and vast amounts of money will continue to be poured into what is effectively a badly managed, and largely self-serving, bottomless pit. What the Tories 'would have' done is irrelevant. What is open for debate is what the Dear Leader and his lackeys are doing.
