  1. Both Olympic & Mauretania were disposed of by the 'new' company, Cunard White Star, as there were too many liners seeking too little business. Britannic would probably have gone exactly the same way.

  2. Easy. After repairs she is sent to Norway as a Fleet in Being, along with Tirpitz. Neither are risked again, and both are destroyed in their Fjord hiding places by Bomber Command in 1944.
