@HeinzGuderian_ Perhaps. But how many? The last skirmish of the American Civil War was, I believe, a Confederate victory. So what?

@josepherhardt164 Not so. Barbarossa had failed by the end of 1941. Anger over the failed offensives caused Hitler to relieve Field Marshal Walther von Brauchitsch of command and in his place, Hitler assumed personal control of the German Army on 19 December 1941.

@HeinzGuderian_ Perhaps you think it is a point, even though it isn't. Japan continued war production until the atom bomb attacks. German AFV Production did continue, at a very low rate. Examples :- Pz III. 4752 in 1944, 1136 in 1945. Pz IV. 6625 in 1944, 1090 in 1945. Pz V 4003 in 1944, 705 in 1945. Pz VI E 641 in 1944, 0 in 1945. PzVi B 428 in 1944, 140 in 1945.

@HeinzGuderian_ I simply wrote that in 1945 war production had been reduced to a tiny, largely irrelevant, level. Which is true, however much you feel the need to fantasise otherwise. Compare the German figures for 1944-5 with the US production of M4s alone (18,888) and the Soviet production of T34s (17,680) for the same period.
